Q: What is the minimum order?
A: There is no minimum order.
Q: What are your terms?
A: Net 30 days. We encourage our customer to use PayPal. Checks or money orders are also accepted.
Q: What are shipping costs and time?
A: Charges are based on weight and cover the cost of freight from our location in Walford, Iowa to your location. The longest freight tme in the contiguous United States is 6 working days. We ship within 10 working days of receiving an order. Special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $3.00 handling fee to cover packing materials and associated costs.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Upon request, we can offer you a sample 4-oz. bag of our gourmet caramels. You would be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.
Q: What is the shelf-life of our product?
A: Normally, the product will last approximately 30 days at room temperature. If you put the product in the freezer, the shelf-life can be extended up to 90 days.
Q: Are your caramels all natural?
A: Yes, our caramels do not contain any preservatives, additives, artificial colors or flavoring. Due to our product being all natural, the shelf-life is limited as stated above.
